Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an alternative therapy or technique that manipulates the body's energy field by tapping on acupuncture points while a specific traumatic memory is focused on, in order to alleviate the problem. EFT allows you to release the triggers that keep you in negative thinking and behavioral patterns; abuse, addictions, trauma, stress, fears, anxiety. etc….

EFT is a tool that joins two sciences: Mind Body Medicine and (needle – less) Acupuncture.

EFT is acupuncture for your emotions stimulating meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips. Done correctly, this powerful technique can achieve results expeditiously. And because emotional triggers are at times linked to physical pain, disease and illness, EFT has a track record of relieving physical symptoms.

 


Hypnosis



Hypnosis is the state between the conscious and the subconscious mind. A Hypnotist delivers hypnotic suggestions. Several things happen simultaneously when in a hypnotic state; your memories are easily accessible, new information is assimilated, and your critical and judgmental mind does not get in the way of the Hypnotic State. This allows you to receive the hypnotist’s suggestions without your conscious mind interrupting the process.
